Fall Harvest Fest
Saturday, September, 23rd
9-6pm
Last year's garden party was a cooker.
This year we decided to cool it off with
a fall fest that's sure to be the best.
While diggin' the cool weather, we'll
heat it right up with a chili cook-off.
We've always wanted to do a fall
garden walk. The bed's will be bold
and beautiful. Grasses will be in
bloom and foliage will be changing.
House band, Carolina Dog will be out
of the dog house and onto the garden
grounds to treat you to their special
blend of eclectic folk and rock sounds.
If that's not enough, Lisa Kastello from
DHS will be spinning up a new art
opening that is sure to whirl you into a
peace party.
''Pinwheels for Peace'' will decorate
the grounds celebrating "Whirled
Peace" day. Students the world over
participate in this project. DHS kids
were the first group in Illinois to join in
the fun.
We hope you can join us to welcome
autumn with peace, art, music, flowers,
food and friends. It will be a blast.
