HOT PEPPERS

Ancho Gigantea
Dark green heart-shaped 3" - 4" almost black fruit.  Called
"Poblano" when fresh andgreen and "Ancho" when dried.  The
standard Mexican variety for sauces and stuffing. Not real hot.

Auto pick
Very easy to pick pepper because stems stay on the plant
when harvested.  Highyields of 3" - 4" conical fruit that are red
in color.  Great grilled or for salsa.  Hot!

Bhut Jolokia       
The world's hottest pepper!!  Found in India, the plant is large
and bushy.  It takesabout 120 days to mature.  Fruit are 3" long
with green tip ripening to red.  Theymeasure nearly 1 million
on the scoville unit scale.  Be careful with these!

Biker Billy       
Extremely hot jalapeno pepper.  Fruit is 2" long and great for
salsas and other dishes.

Golden Cayenne

Lemon Drop       
Bright yellow conical fruit that is 2.5" long with very few seeds.

Maule's Red Hot       
Heavy yields of 6" - 10" cayenne type peppers.  Traditionally

Mesilla       
Peppers are 10" long and 1.5" wide.  Fruit is borne in a
abundance and has a good spicy flavor.  Not real hot.

Pretty Purple       
All purple leaves, stems, flowers, and unripe peppers.  Fruit
ripens to red against

Purple Jalapeno       
Pepper turns a dark purple and then matures to red.  Fruit is
somewhat larger than regular jalapeno's.  Hot!

Red Rococo       
Found in the Andes mountain region of Peru.  Fruit are 2" long
and mature to red.   Plants can be grown in pots, flowers are
brilliant purple set off by bright red fruit.
